Check is the given image cropped. 

FUNCTION IsImageCropped(
             obj   :HANDLE) : BOOLEAN;
def vs.IsImageCropped(obj):
    return BOOLEAN

Parameters

obj HANDLE

Return Value

Returns true if the given image is cropped, FALSE otherwise.
