Parameters

vectorFillName		STRING		The name of the new vector fill.
pageSpace		BOOLEAN		Flag specifying page space or world space option.
rotateInWall		BOOLEAN		Flag specifying whether fill shuld be rotated in wall.
colorIndex		INTEGER		Color index value.
