Sets the fill of the component at index in the Double Line Preferences.

               index   :INTEGER;
               fill    :LONGINT) : BOOLEAN;

Parameters

index		INTEGER		The index of the component.
fill		LONGINT		The fill of the component. Positive values for patterns, negative object indexes for hatches.
