VectorScriptのリポジトリからの文字列値を取得します。 

FUNCTION Rpstr_GetValueStr(
              name           :STRING;
              defaultValue   :DYNARRAY[] of CHAR) : DYNARRAY[] of CHAR;
def vs.Rpstr_GetValueStr(name, defaultValue):
    return DYNARRAY[] of CHAR

Parameters

name STRING 値の名前
defaultValue DYNARRAY[] of CHAR デフォルト名が存在していない場合、デフォルトはリポジトリの値。
