Gets the default color for an IFC entity type

               inStrIfcType    :STRING;
               VAR outRed      :INTEGER;
               VAR outGreen    :INTEGER;
               VAR outBlue     :INTEGER;
               VAR outTransp   :INTEGER) : BOOLEAN;
def vs.IFC_GetEntityColor(inStrIfcType):
    return (BOOLEAN, outRed, outGreen, outBlue, outTransp)
