Description

Deletes the attribute at the location specified by the path. Returns an error code.

             XMLHandle     :LONGINT;
             elementPath   :STRING;
             attribute     :STRING) :INTEGER;
def vs.DeleteAttribute(XMLHandle, elementPath, attribute):
    return INTEGER
