Function Concat combines, or concatenates, all the specified parameters in order and returns the resultant string.

FUNCTION Concat(
         txt   :DYNARRAY[] of CHAR) : DYNARRAY[] of CHAR;

def vs.Concat(txt):
    return DYNARRAY[] of CHAR
