Causes the specified tab pane to be displayed within the specified tab control. dialogID is the ID of the dialog, controlID is the ID of the tab control, and groupNumber is the 0-based index of the tab pane to be displayed. Tab panes are numbered sequentially in the order that they were inserted into the control.
