def vs.Rpstr_GetValueStr(name, defaultValue):
    return DYNARRAY[] of CHAR

Parameters

name		STRING		値の名前
defaultValue		DYNARRAY[] of CHAR		デフォルト名が存在していない場合、デフォルトはリポジトリの値。
