Retrieves the current OpenGL rendering preferences from data stored in the current drawing.
PROCEDURE RetrieveOpenGLPrefs(
VAR useTextures  :BOOLEAN;
VAR tessellationDetail  :INTEGER;
VAR useNURBS  :BOOLEAN);
def vs.RetrieveOpenGLPrefs():
    return (useTextures, tessellationDetail, useNURBS)
