Notifies the undo system that an UndoAndRemove() call might be issued for the next undo event, and to therefore always build the next undo event (at least temporarily) regardless of whether the user has disabled the undo system or not. This call must be issued before the SetUndoMethod() call of an undo event that might be undone and removed using the UndoAndRemove() call.
