constTXString&		routineName		The name of the VectorScript to be called.
void*		argumentTable		A pointer to the array of argument values to the library routine. See PluginLibraryArgTable in MiniCadCallBacks.h.
long		status		Unused. Use 0.

Return Value

On error returns: false
