Description
Member of SDK:IWidgetDataPopup
Returns the 'modified' flag of the popup data. Set functions sets this flag to 'true'.
Using IWidgetDataPopup::SetModified you can control the value of this flag.

Return Value
Return the boolean state of the flag.
