Parameters

theWall		HANDLE		The wall.
leftCap		BOOLEAN		Whether or not the wall has a left cap.
rightCap		BOOLEAN		Whether or not the wall has a right cap.
round		BOOLEAN		Whether or not the wall's caps are round.

Return Value

Returns success status.
