Check if the layer is georeferenced. Pass NIL to check the document.

             hLayer   :HANDLE) : BOOLEAN;

    return BOOLEAN

Parameters

hLayer

HANDLE

Pass NIL for Vectorscript and None for Python if you want to manage the document.
