Returns a string representing a ';' delimited list of the tables in the specified database.

FUNCTION DBDocGetTables(
             database        :STRING;
             VAR outTables   :DYNARRAY[] of CHAR) : BOOLEAN;

def vs.DBDocGetTables(database):
    return (BOOLEAN, outTables)
